1. The subject of each original card was stamped with a black Fabrico Stamp pad and embossed with clear embossing powder. .(just a note here). I find that a mixture of clear embossing powder and black embossing powder makes the black less grainy and the clear less faded looking. The portions are 2 Clear to 1 Black. Nice affect on a black stamped image.
2. Mask the image, and finish stamping the background I used Wildflower stamp pad for as much as I could. Where I needed more of an intense green I used Bottle green, The trees and the mountains in the background need to be stamped with the Wildflower because you get the blue hue added to it to give it that far away color nature has.
3. I filled in the snowy shadows (under the subject and the trees) with the sand stamp and the Cloudy Blue stamp pad. I used the toner stamp the fill in any halo's around my subjects or areas .not quite full enough.
4.Then I painted the subjects and a few area on the cards with Pearl-ex made into a water color. On the trees you want to make into Christmas trees. You may want to put the Red and Blue glitter on first arid let dry so that it doesn't cover the white Liquid Applique' and Prisma Glitter you will putting on areas to accentuate the snow area's of your card.
5. Where I wanted the trees to look more like just a frosty morning I didn't use the Liquid Applique. .I j ust glued and glittered the trees
