- Double Loops Punch
- Cut Sour Apple CS 7 1/2 x 5". Fold for card base.
Stamp "Water Swirl Border" on front left & right sides, using Aquamarine CB
Chalk Ink. Layer to 4 1/4 x 5 1/2' piece of Pauly Poo CS.
- Cut Caribbean Breeze CS 2 1/2 x 4 3/4". Punch top
& bottom using Double Loops Punch. Mount to center of card base using foam
tape.
- Cut White CS 1 3/4 x 3 1/2". Stamp "Swimming Fish"
using Black Memories Ink. Color as desired. Glitter as desired. Layer to center
of Caribbean Breeze CS trom step #2.
- Apply Lt Blue Pearl Pen to bubbles. - Let dry
completely
