Tear Drops

1. Cut Ruby Red CS 5 1/4 x 8". Fold in half for card base. .Layer 4. to Festive CS.
2. Cut Lakeshore CS 5 x 3 3/4". Layer to tront of card base.
3. Cut White CS 1 1/4 x 3 1/2".Stamp "Too Cute Flower Border" using Rouge CB Chalk Ink. Layer to Ruby Red CS. Layer to card base approx. 1/2" from bottom.
4. Cut White CS 3 x 2". Stamp "When It Rains" using Black Memories Ink. Color as desired. Layer to Ruby Red CS. Mount to top left side of card base using foam tape.
5. Tie Ribbon and attach using glue dots. Adhere 3 tear drops to right side using glue dots.
6. Glitter as desired.
