Scalloped Circle Punch 2 1/2"

Circle Punch 2"

1. Cut 4 x 8 " piece of Ballet CS. Fold in halffor card base.
2. On 4 x 2" piece of Romance CS stamp "Spiral Flowered Background" using Rouge CB Ink.
3. Wrap with ribbon and layer to top of card base.
4. On White CS stamp "Frilly Little Birdie" using Black Memories Ink. Color as desired. Punch out using 2' circle punch. Layer to 2 1/2" scalloped circle, punched ftom AtlanticCS.
5. Mount to card base. Glitter as desired
