1. Cut 8-1/2 x 5-1/2 piece of Pacific CS. Score 2-1/8” from each end and fold sides toward middle.
2. Cut 1-7/8 x 5-1/4 piece of white CS. Stamp Fireworks & Stars using Vivid Ultramarine ink and layer to right card flap.
3. Wrap ribbon around left flap.
4. Cut 2-1/4 x 3-1/2 piece of white CS. Stamp Graduation Caps using black ink. Color as desired and layer to Pacific CS. Punch holes and insert brads and mount to 3 x 4-1/2 piece of Admiral CS. Mount to left flap of card.
5. Cut 1-1/4 x 1-1/4 piece of white CS. Stamp Dreams using Vivid Ultramarine ink. Layer to Admiral CS and mount to card base.
6. Stamp Graduate inside card using Vivid Ultramarine ink.
7. Glitter as desired.
