Valentines Party Dresses

1. Cut 8-1/2 x 5-1/2 piece of white cardstock and fold in half for card base. Stamp bottom with Heart & Swirl Border using black ink and color as desired.
2. Cut 4 x 4 piece of Red with White Polka Dot paper and layer to card base.
3. Cut 3-1/4 x 2-1/4 piece of white cardstock. Stamp Party Dresses using black ink and color as desired. Layer to black glossy cardstock and mount to card base using foam tape.
4. Cut 1-3/4 x 1-1/2 piece of white cardstock and stamp Heart Shoe using black ink. Color as desired. Layer to black glossy cardstock and mount to card base over Heart & Swirl Border using foam tape.
5. Attach white knotted ribbon with glue dot and glitter as desired.
