- Cut and fold 8-1/2 x 5-172 piece of navy blue cardstock in half for
card base.
- Cut 5-1/4 x 4 piece of white cardstock. Stamp 7E347 Stars &
Stripes Forever using Marvy crimson lake ink in the center. Stamp 7G171
Stars & Swirls at top and bottom using Marvy Prussian blue ink. Layer
to card base.
- Cut 2-1/8 x 5-1/2 piece of navy blue cardstock. Stamp 7G171 Stars
& Swirls with silver ink pad. Layer to left side of card base.
- Cut 2-1/4 x 3-1/8 piece of white cardstock, stamp 7E346 Stars
& Stripes Ornament using ColorBox black ink, emboss using clear
embossing powder and heat set. Color as desired and layer to piece of silver
cardstock, followed by a piece of blue cardstock, and layer to card base.
- Attach bow with curly ribbon.
