Deckle Scissors

1. Cut 8-1/2 x 5-1/2 piece of white cardstock and fold in half for card base.
2. Cut 4 strips of embossing tape 4-1/4 x 7/8. Apply to front of card base evenly to form stripes, peel top paper away and apply Garnet glitter.
3. Cut 2-1/8 x 5-1/2 piece of navy blue cardstock. Stamp 7G171 Stars & Swirls with silver ink pad. Layer to left side of card base.
4. Cut 4 x 3 piece of white cardstock stamp 7Hl05 Old Glory using ColorBox black ink, emboss using clear embossing powder, and heat set. Color as desired. Stamp 7G171 Stars & Swirls around outer edge using ColorBox smoke blue ink pad and emboss as above. Glitter, trim with deckle scissors and mount to card base.
5. Cut 3-7/8 x 3/4 piece of white cardstock, stamp 7E348 America using pale blue ink pad, emboss using clear embossing powder and heat set. Mount to card base using foam tape.
