1. Cut and fold 8-1/2 x 5-1/2 piece of white cardstock in half making 4-1/4 x 5-1/2 card base.
2. Cut 4.5-1/4 piece of navy blue cardstock. Stamp 7G171 Stars & Swirls using Memories White ink pad as desired and layer to card base.
3. Cut 3-1/4 x 2-3/4 piece of white cardstock. Using stipple brush, apply red Radiant Pearls to stripes of Flag and blue Radiant Pearls to stars of 7H104 Brushed Flag. Stamp and emboss using clear embossing powder and heat set. Punch holes at top and bottom of 7H104 Brushed Flag and insert craft stick. Layer on to deep red cardstock and then to card base.
4. On white cardstock, stamp 7D259 Allegiance. ..using Marvy crimson lake ink, layer to deep red cardstock and layer to card base.
5. Cut 1-3/4 x 2-1/4 piece of white cardstock. Stamp 7E344 Patriotic Mouse using ColorBox black ink, embossing using clear embossing powder and heat set. Color and glitter as desired. Layer to deep red cardstock. Mount to card base using foam tape
