To make this great little bag you will need a 6 x 9 mailing envelope, first seal it shut then score one inch in on each side and bottom of bag.. With Black dye ink pad stamp 7H97 Heart Balloons. The Heart Balloons are masked using a heart template traced onto card stock then cut to prevent 7K55 from spilling into the image. Using a red Excelsior pad stamp 7K55 Happy Valentine's Background. Then cut top off and use your hand to open up the bag and pull your bottom flaps in then crease the sides in. Now fold doily over top and place the top of envelope back on and thread with ribbon to attach. Use red and white paper for the tag. On white paper with black and red dye ink pads stamp 7A78 Hugs and kisses (black) and 7A92 Open Hearts (Red). Punch holes on the bags flap to thread lace and when threading apply a small doily. Add glitter were desired. Have fun feeling with candy or a special little something.
