7C114 Brushed Present

Cut the white vellum ( 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 folded). Cut the blue card stock for the inside of the card (4 1/4 x 5 1/2 folded). Cut the blue background paper 3 1/4 x 4. Cut the white paper for the present 2 1/4 x 2 1/4. On the front of the white vellum stamp 7KO9 Snowflake Background using a white pigment paper and stardust embossing powder . On the blue background paper center 7E247 May the gifts on the bottom of the paper using a silver pigment pad and silver tinsel embossing powder. On the whiter paper center 7C114 Brushed Present using a older midnight blue pigment pad and stardust embossing powder, allow plenty of time to dry before applying 7C115 Ribbon Overlay using a silver pigment pad and silver tinsel embossing powder. Edge the white paper using a zig embossing pen and the silver tinsel embossing powder and apply to the blue background paper using 3D tape. Glue the blue background paper to the vellum. To hold the blue card stock inside the vellum you can tie with a silver ribbon which will also accent the ribbon of the present. This card is not only elegant, but simple as well, showing a great contrast of the alternative holiday colors.
