How To Make This Japanese Blossoms with Gold String

7K5O Japanese Script

Cut the light blue card stock (front flap: 3, back flap: 3 1/2, X 5 1/2 folded). Cut dark blue inner paper 5 1/2 x 3 1/2 and glue to the inside of the light blue stock card. Cut outer dark blue background paper 2 1/2 x 4 1/4 .Center 7H93 Japanese Blossoms on the outer background paper using a pigment pad and Egyptian gold embossing powder by Personal Stamp Exchange. With the 7K5O Japanese Script stamp select a section of the script that you would prefer for the lettering stamped to the right of the blossom branch. Mask the unwanted script and stamp selected portion using a gold pigment pad. Using gold photo comers, attach to the blue background paper and glue to the light blue stock card. Punch two aligning holes through the top and bottom of the stock card where you will put the gold string. This is a fun and elegant way to use Japanese art for a note card or even to document a keepsake moment.
